What to expect from your session: grounding and intention setting, a robust intuitive reading with personalized guidance, and a small gift + hot tea (in person) or a recording of your session (for virtual sessions).

Meditation is extra beneficial when combined with energy healing techniques.

Listening to a guided meditation helps you enter a deeply relaxed state, making it easier to heal and restore balance. I teach meditation techniques and offer guided meditations on Insight Timer.
